Boarding Procedures

We are happy to provide boarding for your Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, and other Small Furry critters. To request boarding for your animal(s), please click here to complete the Boarding Request Form and we'll email a confirmation once we have you on our schedule.

- Dropoffs and pickups are on Saturdays only, between 9 am and 5 pm.

- The boarding rate is $65 per cage, per week, all inclusive. Nail trims are included at no charge for all boarded animals. We hope that you will find us to be a great value for a safe and knowledgeable location to board your animals.

- We are unable to board any animals who require medications. If you require boarding while your animals are taking medication, please contact your veterinarian for boarding services.

- When you arrive for dropoff, you may either bring them inside the store or you may call the main rescue number (972-219-1963) from the parking lot and we will come out to your car and pick up your animals. Please have them in a carrier or basket so that we may safely carry them.

- When you arrive to pickup, you may either come inside the store or you may call the main rescue number (972-219-1963) from the parking lot and we will collect your animals and return them to you.
